因應疫情關係，電路學期末考將以遠距考試、線上監考的方式作答。
時間 : 6/25(五) 10:20:01 ~ 12:19:59
地點 : 遠距考試
範圍 : Ch3,5,8,9,12,13,14 (Ch13,14 占分最重)。
Table 13.1 & 13.2 在考卷上提供。可使用不具程式記憶功能的計算機。
請同學詳讀以下考試的流程，以免權益受損。
Honor code
o 本次期末考不再請同學簽署 Honor code，但請同學依舊遵循 honor code :
1. 有需要的話，我會配合助教指示，以電腦攝影鏡頭 360 度旋轉，讓其檢視考試環境及
桌上物品。
2. 有需要的話，我會配合助教透過鏡頭檢查我的證件、臉部、耳朵、手腕等部位。
3. 我同意助教會全程以電腦攝影鏡頭監控考試過程並進行側錄。
4. 考試期間，我會禁止其他人進入考試空間。
5. 考試期間，我不會使用任何電子裝置，包括手機、智慧型手錶、平板電腦、照相機等電
子裝置。
6. 考試期間，我不會和任何人討論題目並全程自行作答。
7. 考試期間，我不會翻閱任何有利於作答的資料，包括講義、課本、筆記。
8. 我同意若有以上任何作弊或違規事項，成績將不予採計，以零分計算。
9. 我已完全閱讀並同意遵守上述所列事項。
考試前
o 本次期末考助教將以線上監考的方式進行，透過 Google Meeting 線上會議。
o 我們採用的考試介面為 Google Classroom 的功能，助教已在上面建立好各班教室，請
同學們點選分班名單的邀請連結即可加入所屬的教室。

之 G-Suite 帳號(每人都可申請，通常當天即可申請完成)，若有忘記密碼或其他帳號相

o 考試當天進入教室頁面後，請點選畫面左上角之 Meet 連結以進入視訊畫面，如下圖:

o 請同學打開攝像頭並且靜音(避免回音互相干擾)，若電腦沒有鏡頭，請改用手機進行連
線，使用手機的內鏡頭。並且打開喇叭收音助教傳達的訊息，有問題趕緊連絡助教。

考試中
o 全程開啟攝像頭供助教監考，同學可以在考試前30 分鐘開始進入線上會議室提早準備。
o 考卷將透過 NTU COOL 以及 Ceiba 公布，同時也會在電路學總網站上公布，請同學在考
試時自行前往下載。
o 請同學自行使用手邊的空白紙或計算紙回答問題，請確保字跡足夠清楚以便後續上傳動
作。
o 答案卷上應清楚寫上所屬教授班級、姓名、學號。
o 遵守 Honor code，勿有舞弊行為。確保鏡頭有捕捉到作答的過程，以免有作弊疑慮。
o 本次考試時間為 10:20:01 ~ 12:09:59，並另提供 12:10:00 ~ 12:19:59 為答案上傳的時間。
o 考試時間以 NTU COOL 上的時間為準，10:20:01 COOL 會提供考卷，12:19:59 COOL 會將
上傳區域截止，注意 COOL 若標明 12:20 截止，則 12:20 上傳會視為遲交，故同學應
12:19:59 前上傳，請同學多加留意。
o 所有下載的文件以及應上傳的文件都是 PDF 檔案，請同學確認電腦是可以順利開啟 PDF
檔，同時也要知道如何製作 PDF 檔並上傳。
考試後
o 將你的答案卷拍成照片，確保照片字跡清晰可辨，並且貼在 word 檔，再另存成 PDF 檔。
o 檔名請依照統一格式:B09943000_陳小明_final.pdf (請記得更改學號以及名字)
o 請優先上傳繳交到 NTU COOL，若系統失靈請再交到 Ceiba。
o 請在截止時間(12:19:59)前上傳，逾時不接受補交。
具體考試時間：
o 考試作答時間：10:20:01 ~ 12:09:59
正常的考試作答時間
o 上傳時間 : 12:10:00 ~12:19:59
請同學於這個時段上傳答案，也可以提早於作答時間上傳答案。
o 緩衝時間 1 (遲交區段 1) : 12:20:00 ~12:24:59
同學若於此時段繳交，視為遲交。分數為原始分數*0.9。
o 緩衝時間 2 (遲交區段 2) : 12:25:00 ~12:29:59
同學若於此時段繳交，視為遲交。分數為原始分數*0.8。
o 截止時間 : 12:30:00
12:30:00 之後不再開放繳交答案，視為缺交，分數以 0分計算。
o 視訊開啟的時間，應該是一直持續到上傳完成後，也就是 10:20:01 ~ 12:19:59，維持 12:10
收卷後停止作答的精神。不可提早離開會議室。
成績公布以及閱卷
o 因應疫情，閱卷將等視疫情狀況公布閱卷時間與方式。
o 成績會出來的較晚，請同學見諒。
助教會在 Google meeting 會議室上點名，請準時加入會議室。
同學的繳交時間以最後一次上傳檔案的時間為準，如果同學 12:25:00 前繳過答案了，卻在
12:20:00 ~12:29:59 之間再進行繳交動作，則視為遲交處理(以最後一次繳交時間坐落的區段處
理)。
收到的一些疑問：
o 可使用平板等電子設備作為作答工具，只要上傳的答案是 PDF 檔格式即可，但不可趁機
參考其他資料，若有舞弊行為一律 0分計算。
o 繳交答案的過程會使用到手機、平板等電子設備拍照，不須特別告知助教，只要過程中
保持視訊開著，讓助教掌握同學的動作。
o 若使用手機上的 Google meeting，交考卷時需要用到手機拍照，上傳的過程中把 Google
meeting 放到背景程式就可以了，若上傳完考試還沒結束(12:19:59)，請還是回來會議室。
o 若考試過程中斷線離開會議室，請再次加入會議室即可。
o 不一定要在 12:10:00 後才能拍照上傳，同學若提早作答完畢，即可提早拍照上傳。但為
了避免混亂，請提早交的同學依舊留在會議室並保持視訊開啟直到 12:19:59。

Hello students,
In response to the epidemic situation, the final exam will be answered by means of remote examination and
online proctoring.
Time: 6/25 (Friday) 10:20:01 ~ 12:19:59
Venue: distance exam
Exam range: Ch3,5,8,9,12,13,14 (Ch13,14 are the most important).
Table 13.1 & 13.2 are provided on the examination paper. A computer without program memory function
can be used.
Please read the following examination procedures carefully to avoid damage to rights.
Honor code
o Students are no longer required to sign the Honor code for this final exam, but students are
still requested to follow the honor code :
1. If necessary, I will follow the instructions of the TA to rotate the computerized camera lens
360 degrees to allow him to view the test environment and the items on the table.
2. If necessary, I will cooperate with the TA to check my student ID, face, wrists and other parts
through the lens.
3. I agree that the TA will monitor the examination process with a computerized camera and
record the whole process.
4. During the exam, I will prohibit others from entering the exam space.
5. During the exam, I will not use any electronic devices, including mobile phones, smart watches,
tablets, cameras and other electronic devices.
6. During the exam, I will not discuss questions with anyone and answer the whole process by
myself.
7. During the exam, I will not read any materials that are useful for answering, including
handouts, textbooks, and notes.
8. I agree that if there is any cheating or violation of the above, the score will not be taken, and
the score will be calculated as zero
9. I have fully read and agree to abide by the items listed above

o The test interface we use is Google Classroom. The teaching assistants have created

register for the school’s G-Suite account before the exam (each person can apply, usually the
application can be completed on the same day), if you forget your password or other account

o After entering the classroom page on the day of the test, please click the Meet link in the
upper left corner of the screen to enter the video screen, as shown below:

o Please turn on the camera and mute it (to avoid mutual interference of echoes). If the
computer does not have a lens, please use the mobile phone to connect and use the inner
lens of the mobile phone. And turn on the speaker to listen to the message conveyed by the
teaching assistant. If you have any questions, contact the teaching assistant as soon as
possible.

During Exam
o The camera is turned on throughout the whole exam for teaching assistants to invigorate the
exam. Students can enter the online meeting room 30 minutes before the exam to prepare
early.
o The test papers will be published through NTU COOL and Ceiba, and will also be published on
the circuit website . Please download them during the test.
o Please use the blank paper or calculation paper at hand to answer the questions by yourself.
Please make sure that the handwriting is clear enough for subsequent uploading actions.
o The class, name, and student ID should be clearly written on the answer sheet.
o Observe the Honor code and do not commit fraud. Make sure that the camera captures the
answering process to avoid cheating.
o The test time will be 10:20:01 ~ 12:09:59, and 12:10:00 ~ 12:19:59 is the answer sheet upload
time.
o The test time is based on the time on NTU COOL. COOL will provide test papers at 10:20:01,
12:19:59 COOL will close the upload area. Note that if the COOL indicates that the deadline is
12:20, the 12:20 upload will be regarded as late. Therefore, students should upload before
12:19:59. Please pay attention.
o All the downloaded files and the files that should be uploaded are PDF files. Please confirm
that the computer can open the PDF files smoothly, and also know how to create and upload
PDF files.
After the exam
o Take your answer sheet into a photo, make sure the photo is clearly legible, and paste it in the
word file, and then save it as a PDF file.
o Please follow the unified format for the file name: B09943000_陳小明_final.pdf (Please
remember to change your student ID and name)
o Please upload and submit it to NTU COOL first. If the system fails, please submit it to Ceiba.
o Please upload before the deadline (12:19:59), and no re-submission will be accepted after the
deadline.
Specific test time distribution
o Test time: 10:20:01 ~ 12:09:59
Normal test answer time
o Upload time: 12:10:00 ~ 12:19:59
Please upload your answers during this period, or you can upload your answers earlier
during test time.
o Buffer time 1 (late section 1): 12:20:00 ~ 12:24:59
If you upload your answers during this time, it will be considered late. The score is the
original score*0.9.
o Buffer time 2 (late section 2): 12:25:00 ~ 12:29:59
If you upload your answers during this time, it will be considered late. The score is the
original score*0.8.
o Deadline: 12:30:00
o The answer is no longer uploaded after 12:30:00, it will be considered as a missed submission
and the score will be calculated as 0 points.
o The opening time of your camera should continue until the upload is completed, that is,
10:20:01 ~ 12:19:59. Do not leave the meeting room early.
Results announcement and review answer with TA
o In response to the epidemic situation, the reviewing time and method will be announced
based on the epidemic situation.
o The results will come out later, please excuse us.
The TA will roll the call in the Google meeting room. Please join the meeting room on time.
The submission time is based on the time when the file was uploaded last time. If the student has
submitted the answer before 12:19:59, but submits it again between 12:20:00 ~ 12:29:59, it will be
regarded as late submission. (It will be processed in the section where the last upload time was
located).
Some questions received:
o Tablets and other electronic devices can be used as answering tools, as long as the uploaded
answer is in PDF file format, but you cannot take the opportunity to refer to other materials.
If there is fraud, it will be calculated as 0 points.
o The process of submitting answers will use electronic devices such as mobile phones and
tablets to take pictures. There is no need to specifically inform the TA. As long as the camera
is on during the process, the TA can control the movements of the students.
o If you use U meeting on your mobile phone, you need to use your mobile phone to take photos
when you hand in the test papers. Just put U meeting in the background program during the
upload process. If the test is not over after uploading (12:19:59), please come back to the
meeting room.
o If you disconnect and leave the meeting room during the exam, please join the meeting room
again.
o It is not necessary to take photos and upload after 12:09:59. If students finish their answers
early, they can take photos and upload them earlier. But in order to avoid confusion, please
stay in the meeting room and keep the camera on until 12:19:59.
