1.Warm up Play a song with relative clauses in its lyrics to motivate Ss to learn today’s lesson. Ask them if they can spot the sentences with relative clauses. 2.Main activity 1) T does heterogeneous grouping in advance. Group Ss into 3 levels – Level A (high achiever) , Level B (intermediate aciever) and Level C ( low achiever). One level A, one level B and two level C Ss for each group. 2) Teach Grammar Focus A and B on page 106 and page 107. 3) Ss work on the worksheet about relative clauses and preposition phrases in groups. 4) Ss take a quiz on Wordwall.
