財經法律與企業經營專題研究

一、教學目標：本課程之宗旨，在使學生了解在財經法律與企業經營關係的相關問題，主要從實務觀點進行探討而非單純法律理論之研究，特別將重點置於台灣業者所擅長的科技新創公司從成立到募資、企業經營所涉及的智慧財產權以及併購、如何將公司無形資產價值最大化、最後到可能的出場機制，以建立企業與法律的整合思考，使法律人與非法律人均能對與企業從成立到成長相關的財經法律有所了解，促進跨領域的科技整合，培養跨領域研究的興趣。
二、教學方式：所有選修的同學將以個別或分組方式，共同負責所指定的閱讀資料，並與上課時提出報告。教師將針對報告內容提出補充與更正。
三、學習評量方式：課堂參與（包括上課報告）佔百分之五十，期末報告佔百分之五十
