Zoe cooks well, and he always comes up with new different dishes. Now, he is
looking for a new job. Which phone number can he call at?

Do you want to do well on your tests? Trust me! You can make it! Sleeping more
helps you at school. Scientists say children age from 7 to 12 need ten hours of sleep
every night. Adults only need 7 or 8 hours of sleep, but kids need to sleep more to
learn and remember new things at school.
If you learned something, and you just couldn’t remember it, maybe you need more
sleep. Just follow the three things, and then you can do well on the tests:
1. Hit the sack at the same time every night. If you go to sleep at 8:00 one night and
at 10:00 the next night, your body gets confused. Your brain says, “Hey! Should I
feel tired now?” Or maybe it’s saying, “Ahhhh! I’m tired. Help!”
2. Don’t play with your cellphone or watch TV at night! The light of the TV or your
phone tells the body to wake up. And that’s not good before bedtime.
3. Exercise! Sitting all day is bad for your brain, your heart, and the whole body. To
exercise every day helps you sleep well.
So, remember the magic number: 10! You need to sleep for ten hours and follow
the three things.
