義守大學自主學習計畫書
計畫書要點提醒:
計畫書內容要明確表達「議題導向」或「實踐學習」的概念,及「學生自主」的課程設計。除同學可自行構思設計外,也建議請指導教師提供意見,協助計畫更完整。
計畫書應該包含的項目:計畫主題、學習目標、自主學習的必要性、學習方法、學習內容、學習時程表、預期成果、學習成果的自評方式及標準、指導教師之評估意見與輔導機制、參考書目等。
學習方式請勿僅有單一方式,可採多元性與多樣化的安排:可參考的學習方式有:實作、見習、訪問、調查、踏查、參與活動、讀書、講座、工作坊、小組討論、線上課程學習等。
具體說明該計畫採行自主學習的必要性:

說明夢想實踐過程中,可能遇到的問題及困境,這些困境將如何解決?哪些是你們可以做到,哪些是做不到的?
過去曾修過的專業或相關課程,與此次夢想實踐有相關性?而自主學習如何達到延伸與擴充過去所學習的既有課程。
需要指導教師提供何種協助、諮詢、輔導等等。
說明你們在夢想實踐的過程中,將可獲得什麼能力或收穫。
自主學習成果評分標準請勿僅有單一方式,宜採多元評量的方式;可依據該自主學習的特性由同學與指導教師共同討論後提出學習成果之評量標準。

Proposal for Autonomous Learning
Proposal Guidelines:
The proposal should explicitly identify the concepts of issue-orientation or practical learning, as well as the content of autonomous learning designed by you. To make a detailed proposal, it is highly recommended to invite a faculty member ("supervisor") to give advice on the proposal.
The proposal should include the topic, the learning objective, the necessity for autonomous learning, learning methods, the learning schedule, anticipated outcomes, evaluation criteria, the suggestions and guidance given by the supervisor, and the bibliography.
One single learning method is insufficient. Please adopt diverse learning methods, such as practice, observation, interview, investigation, field trip, activity participation, reading, seminars, workshops, panel discussion, and online learning.
Please specify why you have to engage in autonomous learning.

Guidelines on Achievement Reports for Autonomous Learning
The achievement report should be compiled in the form of a "Learning Portfolio" and uploaded to e-Portfolio. The "Learning Portfolio" may be a PowerPoint file, documentation, reflection report, album, video (microfilm, documentary, etc.), performance, exhibition, website, etc.
The Learning Portfolio may include:
the learning process, such as:
personal learning records (every time);
reflections on learning records;
the differences between the proposal and the implementation of autonomous learning;
the records of discussions with the supervisor; and
the records of discussions with group members.
specific output: outcomes that have achieved the learning objectives
the conclusion and suggestions
supporting documents (information that helps the University further understand the aforesaid content, such as records in writing, photos, etc.)
Students whose achievement report is approved by the university-level Curriculum Committee can earn up to two credits.
