義守大學自主學習成果報告內容

1. 學習成果報告需匯集成一份「學習歷程檔案」並上傳學生學習歷程檔案平台，可參考的形式包含：簡報、製作或蒐集之文件資料、心得報告、相片、影音(微電影、紀錄片)、表演、展覽、架設網站…等。

二、學習檔案可包含下列內容：

1. 學習過程的紀錄，參考項目如下：

1. 個人每次的學習紀錄。

2. 針對學習紀錄所進行的反思與心得。

3. 執行與計畫兩者之間的變化程度。

4. 與指導教師討論的紀錄。

5. 團隊小組討論的紀錄。

2. 實際產出：達成目標的學習成果。

3. 結論與具體建議。

4. 佐證附件（有助於瞭解上述內容之相關資料，可附佐證資料、文書記錄、照片或相關計畫運作情形資料…等等）。

三、學習成果經課程規劃委員會審核為「通過」者，授予至多二學分。

Guidelines on Achievement Reports for Autonomous Learning

1. The achievement report should be compiled in the form of a "Learning Portfolio" and uploaded to e-Portfolio. The "Learning Portfolio" may be a PowerPoint file, documentation, reflection report, album, video (microfilm, documentary, etc.), performance, exhibition, website, etc.

2. The Learning Portfolio may include:

1. the learning process, such as:

1. personal learning records (every time);

2. reflections on learning records;

3. the differences between the proposal and the implementation of autonomous learning;

4. the records of discussions with the supervisor; and

5. the records of discussions with group members.

2. specific output: outcomes that have achieved the learning objectives

3. the conclusion and suggestions

4. supporting documents (information that helps the University further understand the aforesaid content, such as records in writing, photos, etc.)

3. Students whose achievement report is approved by the university-level Curriculum Committee can earn up to two credits.
