國際販毒組織利用韓國作為毒品「洗毒」的事例正急劇增加。檢調機關分析，
販毒組織係利用韓國相對較寬鬆的檢查弱點。同時，利用韓國人運毒的情事變得更
加頻繁，也是出於同樣的理由。
去年，在韓國國內被揭發的安非他命和古柯鹼全部交易量 30 公斤中，用於在
國內販售之毒品量只有 8公斤，其餘的 22 公斤都是經過在韓國進行加工後，企圖

檢調機關推論，曾停滯一段期間的毒品犯罪已有死灰復燃的跡象。今年到二月

透過國際郵件交易的毒品走私事例去年多達 105 件，較之前年增加了兩倍以
上。韓國安非他命的供應地也從中國大陸擴大至東南亞地區等處，有多樣化發展的
趨勢。傳統毒品類的鴉片、大麻罪犯日趨減少，而安非他命等新型毒品類罪犯日趨
增加，搖頭丸等被分類爲麻醉性醫藥品的新型毒品亦在急劇增加中。新型毒品主要
係透過外國留學生或外國教師等搬入國內，以年輕人為販售對象。
