實驗目的：觀察不同的植物細胞與其內容物
綠色植物細胞 (green plant)
小水蘊草葉片；細胞質迴流
非綠色植物細胞 (non-green plant)
1. 紫背萬年青葉背表皮細胞；質離現象
2. 洋蔥鱗葉內表皮細胞；染色觀察
根尖細胞 (root tip cell)
洋蔥根尖永久玻片
雜色體 (chromoplast)
番茄、小辣椒
後生物質 (ergastic substance)
澱粉粒：馬鈴薯塊莖、香蕉、米
結晶：秋海棠葉柄、紫鴨跖草莖、印度橡膠樹葉片

洋蔥表皮細胞
•同學自行操作
–在洋蔥鱗葉內表皮切
割成井字形
–用鑷子夾取表皮，表
皮朝上，放在已滴一
滴水的載玻片上，再
滴一滴水，蓋上蓋玻
片，觀察
•染色
1. Methylene blue (亞甲
基藍)先滴一滴染劑，再
將洋蔥表皮的受傷面朝下
接觸染劑，2-3分鐘後，
將染劑清洗乾淨，加水蓋
片觀察
2. Neutral red (中性紅)
3. Eosin (伊紅)
滴染劑，放材料，蓋片，
10分鐘後直接觀察
