1. 入出境旅客或隨交通工具服務人員攜帶下列物品，應填具本表向海關申報：（1）新臺幣現金逾 10 萬
元、人民幣現金逾 2萬元或外幣現金總價值逾等值美金 1萬元、（2）無記名有價證券總面額逾等值
美金 1萬元、（3）黃金總價值逾美金 2萬元、（4）超越自用目的之鑽石、寶石、白金總價值逾等值
新臺幣 50 萬元。Inward/outward passengers or crew members must declare to the Customs for the
following items: (1) Cash more than TWD100,000, RMB20,000 or Foreign Currency exceeding the value
equivalent to USD10,000, (2) Bearer Negotiable Securities exceeding the value equivalent to USD10,000,
(3) Gold exceeding the value equivalent to USD20,000, or (4) Diamonds, Precious Stones, Platinum not for
personal use and exceeding the value equivalent to TWD500,000.
2. 人民幣超過限額部分，雖向海關申報，仍僅能於限額內攜入/出；新臺幣超逾限額部分，應於入/出境
前先向中央銀行申請核准，持憑查驗放行。Cash more than RMB20,000 is not allowed to bring into or out
of Taiwan under any condition. Cash more than TWD100,000 is allowed to bring into or out of Taiwan if a
prior approval by the Central Bank of China (Taiwan).
3. 未申報或申報不實將依法沒入，或處以罰鍰。Failure to declare in full, the undeclared will be confiscated
or fined.
4. 本表內容請以正楷書寫。Please write in print.
