聘雇契約書Employment Contract
緣因雙方合意締結聘雇契約，茲約定聘雇條款如下:Both Parties hereto agree to enter into this Employment Contract, subject to the terms and conditions set out herein, as follows:

颱風假或其他天災之出勤及未出勤之薪資Attendance and Salary of Typhoon day：
●出勤Attendance：依政府發布Accord to government. □依雇主指示According to Employer.
●薪資Salary：一日內給薪，仍出勤者無加班費Pay one day. □不發薪資Not Pay.
試用期Probation period:(不約定試用期者請刪除本條/ Please delete the column if it is non-specified)
試用期1 月，雙方於試用期認為不適任時，雙方均得隨時通知對方終止本契約。The term of probation shall be 1 month(s). Both Party found incompetent to perform the tasks during the term of probation, each party can forthwith terminate the Contract.
未約定事項悉依中華民國勞動法規及雇主之工作規則辦理。Other non-specified items shall be processed in accordance with regulations of related labor laws and work rules of employer.
