M3投稿須知(限以中文或英文投稿)：

本研討會僅接受論文全文投稿，經匿名審查接受且於研討會註冊並發表之論文，將刊登於主辦單位所出版的「KC2013知識社群國際研討會」電子書。論文格式敬請遵照本研討會之論文格式(下載)範本。
請注意：論文接受者至少須有一人註冊，並且親臨會議現場發表論文，並授權出版。

Call for Papers

The rapid rise of Internet community has attracted a worldwide focused attention. The ninth International Conference on Knowledge Community (KC 2013) welcomes all experts and delegates to share their research results and discuss issues related to knowledge management, mobile commerce/ e-commerce, community applications, information security, e-learning, and campus computing applications and others, etc.

The conference only accepts full paper submissions. Anonymous reviewed and accepted papers will be published in the proceeding of KC2013, please provided at least one author of accepted paper is registered and presents the paper at the conference.Your paper must be formatted according to the paper template file (Download).

Notice: Authors of all accepted papers should sign the authorization agreements for publication. And at least one author of each accepted paper is expected to register and attend the conference to present the paper. Any accepted paper which is not presented will be removed from the proceeding.
