本試卷為一張單面，英文考【中翻英 3題，每題配分 20 分】及【英翻中 2題，每題配分 20 分】，
總計 100 分。
非選擇題限以藍、黑色鋼筆或原子筆於答案卷上採橫式作答，並請依標題指示之題號於各題指定作
答區內作答。
請勿於答案卷上書寫姓名、入場通知書號碼或與答案無關之任何文字或符號。
本項測驗僅得使用簡易型電子計算器(不具任何財務函數、工程函數功能、儲存程式功能)，但不得
發出聲響；若應考人於測驗時將不符規定之電子計算器放置於桌面或使用，經勸阻無效，仍執意使
用者，該節扣 10 分；該電子計算器並由監試人員保管至該節測驗結束後歸還。
答案卷務必繳回，未繳回者該節以零分計算。
壹、中翻英【每題 20 分，占 60 分】
第一題：
根據資策會產業情報研究所(MIC)的資料，雖然 Facebook 依然穩坐台灣社群媒體平台龍頭地位，但近
年來 LINE 也成果豐碩，以坐擁 1,700 萬用戶群，成為島上最受歡迎的即時通訊應用程式。由於表情符號貼
圖、遊戲和廣告銷售強勁，LINE 在台灣「超賺錢的」。MIC 進一步發現台灣的網路用戶，通常只會固定用
一或兩個手機應用程式，而最受歡迎的兩個應用程式就是 LINE 和Facebook Messenger 了。【20 分】
第二題：
透明度是捍衛公共利益的重要原則。航空城(Aerotropolis)計畫規模龐大，會對眾多利害關係者造成廣泛
的衝擊。因此，民主參與原則是航空城決策過程中不可或缺的一部分。航空城將採用技術最先進的綠能和智
慧城市解決方案，以確保該計畫能在低耗能、低污染、低耗水與高產值的「三低一高」前提下，落實生態發
展原則。【20 分】
第三題：
自從週五下午被發現以來，勒索病毒「WannaCry」已經影響超過 150 個國家中至少 20 萬台電腦，包括
一些醫院裡的電腦，鎖住電腦直到電腦主人支付給勒索者一筆比特幣(Bitcoin)的贖金。這個勒索病毒似乎是
利用微軟軟體的一個漏洞，迅速在網路擴散並封鎖檔案。【20 分】
貳、英翻中【每題 20 分，占 40 分】
第四題：
The majority of centenarians do not feel their chronological age; on average, they report feeling 20 years
younger. They also tend to have positive attitudes, optimism, and a zest for life. Could it be that personality
characteristics and world views play a more significant role than genetics, diet, or exercise? One way to determine
this is to ask them questions about how they see the world, what they value, and to what they attribute their own

第五題：
One of the most comprehensive reports on children's lives has revealed that peer pressure is increasingly
leading young people to reject their parents' values. They are smoking, getting involved in bullying and playing
truant at an increasingly younger age, says the report. Parental control, which used to wane when children became
teenagers, is now starting to disappear when they are as young as nine or 10, with children increasingly likely to
resent and disobey what they see as parental restrictions.【20 分】
