備註

1. 本院經營管理碩士班（MBA Program）包括「企業管理」（MBA in Business Management）、「領導暨人力資源」（MBA in Leadership and Human Resource）、「國際企業」（MBA in International Business）、及「行銷」(MBA in Marketing)四個主修領域。The MBA Program of the College of Management includes four major fields of study: "Business Management" (MBA in Business Management), "Leadership and Human Resource" (MBA in Leadership and Human Resource), "International Business" (MBA in International Business), and "Marketing" (MBA in Marketing).

2. 本碩士班畢業要求為最低總畢業學分數36學分，包含MBA必修科目12學分、各主修領域選修科目12學分、MBA及GMBA自由選修12學分；另加碩士論文一篇。申請上學期口試者須於12月底前完成論文口試，申請下學期口試者須於6月底前完成論文口試。Graduation requirements: Students must take a minimum of 36 credits, including 12 credits of MBA required courses, 12 credits of electives in the chosen major field, 12 credits of MBA and GMBA free electives, and complete a master’s thesis. The oral defense of the thesis must be completed by the end of December for first (Fall) semester graduation and by the end of June for second (Spring) semester graduation.

3. 各主修領域所開課程得跨領域認列為本碩士班畢業學分，惟必須符合各主修領域規定。

Courses offered in each major field can be cross-recognized as graduation credits for the MBA Program, provided they meet the requirements of the respective major fields.

4. 若修習本班英語授課必修課程者，需達TOEFL/ITP考試紙筆測驗520分以上(電腦測驗190分、新托福測驗IBT68以上)，或IELTS5.5以上，或GMAT前70%以上，或GRE前70%以上，或多益(TOEIC)675分以上，或全民英檢中高級之英文能力。Students who take the required English-taught courses in the program must meet one of the following English proficiency standards: a TOEFL ITP score of 520 or above (computer-based test: 190, iBT: 68 or above), an IELTS score of 5.5 or above, a GMAT score in the top 70%, a GRE score in the top 70%, a TOEIC score of 675 or above, or an intermediate-high level certification in the GEPT (General English Proficiency Test).

5. 「管理專題研討」課程，於學生交換當學期可免修。The "Management Seminar" course can be waived for students during the semester they participate in an exchange program.

6. 入學研究生須依本校學術研究倫理教育課程實施要點規定，於入學第一學期結束前完成學術研究倫理教育課程，最遲須於申請學位口試前補修完成，未完成本課程，不得申請學位口試。For those graduate students who shall complete Academic Research Ethics Education Course before the end of their first academic semester, they must follow the regulations of Yuan Ze University Academic Research Ethics Education Course Implementation Highlights. The latest deadline for them shall be their course completions and then their applications towards the degree’s oral exam.

7. 本碩士班學生除主修領域外，若修習完成本班另一領域之三門課(一門課不得重覆計算於不同主、副修學程)，得申請為副修，畢業時由本碩士班發給副修學程證書。MBA students who, in addition to their primary major, complete three courses from another major field within the program (with no course double-counted toward both the primary and secondary fields) are eligible to apply for a minor. Upon graduation, the program will issue a certificate for the minor field of study.

8. 各領域下列課程不認列為副修學程課程。The following courses under each field are not eligible to be counted toward the minor program.

‧國企：計量經濟學。International Business: Econometrics.

‧行銷：企業專案實習。Marketing: Business Project Internship.

9. 有關MBA課程抵免換修相關事宜，依本碩士班相關規定辦理。Students should follow the regulations of MBA program courses exemption and exchange.

10. 碩士生選定之論文指導教授，應以其主修領域之老師為限。Master's students must choose a thesis advisor from the faculty members within their primary major field.

11. 碩士生應於第一學年結束前選定論文指導教授及完成登錄程序，並依規定完成論文口試。Students must choose an advisor before the end of the first academic year and finish the required application process. Oral Examination of thesis needs to be completed according to regulations.

12. 若有未盡事宜，悉依各主修領域之修業規定規範之。For any matters not covered, the regulations of each major field shall apply.
