According to the Norwegian law, to kill a group of civilians systematically is the basic
criteria for charge against humanity. The maximum penalty for this offence is 30 years
in jail, rather than 21 years under the anti-terrorism law.
After years of development, Taiwan has transformed to be a distinct pluralized country
full of vibrant energy. The democratic politics system, unleashing diversified social
