Prior to each voyage, the master of every ship shall ensure that the intended
route from the port of departure to the first port of call is planned using
adequate and appropriate charts and other nautical publications necessary for
the intended voyage, containing accurate, complete and up-to-date
information regarding those navigational limitations and hazards which are
of a permanent or predictable nature and which are relevant to the safe
navigation of the ship.
Please be informed that we would like to send a surveyor on board the vessel
“ABC” in the port of Keelung on 1st April 2023 in order to investigate the
circumstances and possible damage to the vessel. We invite you to send your
own surveyor. In order to arrange the further details of the survey, we kindly
ask you to let us know as soon as possible whether you would like to attend.

好在您的港口及時登岸就醫，懇請協助與安排。
在當值交接前，接班之甲級船員應親自掌握船舶預估船位或真船位，並
確認預定之航跡、航向與航速及機艙無人當值時之控制，並應注意在其
當值期間預期可能遭受之任何航行危險。
