NOTICE OF READINESS
Please be advised that the M.V. AAAA, under my command, which arrived at East London at 1035
hours on the 30 January 2020 and berthed at “F” Berth, is in Free Pratique and was ready as at 1600
hours on the 31 January 2020 in all respects to commence loading a full cargo of Maize in
accordance with the terms, conditions, and exceptions of the governing Charter Party.
I anticipate the vessel will lift 15,800 Metric Tons, all in bulk.
Notice of Readiness is tendered at 1035 hours on the 30 January 2020 and is accompanied by
Certificates from the Government Surveyor Certifying the vessel’s readiness to load in all cargo
spaces and also attached is a Pass from the Maize Board.
