二、依據道路交通管理處罰條例規定，計程車駕駛人，於執業期間，犯竊盜、詐欺、贓
物、妨害自由或刑法第 230 條至第 236 條各罪之一，經第一審法院判決有期徒刑以
上之刑者，吊扣其執業登記證。其經法院判決有期徒刑以上之刑確定者，廢止其執
業登記，並吊銷計程車駕駛人執有之各級車輛駕駛執照。甲為計程車駕駛人，因與
他人共同投資股票觸犯詐欺罪，經法院判決有期徒刑確定，遂遭主管機關先後吊扣
其執業登記證、廢止其執業登記，並吊銷其各級車輛之駕駛執照。甲主張其基本權

25 歲就來臺灣的天主教神父丁松筠（Reverend George Martison）近日辭世。他生前
在臺灣居住 50 年，曾擔任過美語老師，幫助過無數原住民、新住民、外籍移工、身
障者、邊緣者、受災者，也曾製作過許多優秀的電視節目，對臺灣貢獻良多。內政
部移民署預計頒發臺灣身分證給他時，當時他欣然回應：「我出生於美國，但臺灣才
是我的家。」

The crisis of Syrian refugees has caused international concerns. Since the Arab Spring
uprising in 2011, the continuous civil wars in Syria have divided the nation into four
factions—the Assad government, the rebel troops, the ethnic minorities, and the Islamic
extremists. In the wake of the Syrian crisis, the United Nations High Commissioner for
Refugees is in charge of the humanitarian assistance to internally displaced persons and
international refugees.
