Life with kids can be a mess,
With kids to wake and shake and dress,
With meals to make and things to clean,
And cats and dogs and other things.
With broken toys and hurts to mend,
Sometimes needing rules to bend.
With naps that never will be yours,
Because of lunches thrown on the floors.
You always plan your time for you,
When we are all sleeping in our rooms,
To read a book or watch the news,
But seldom is it ever true.
And just when you might think you're done,
We all come home and need a snack,
Or need a ride or need a chat,
Or cry or laugh or this or that.
You somehow manage every task,
And travel like a garden gnome,
And still you always ask my dad,
"How was your day?" when he comes home.

Let It Be” is one of the most popular songs in history. Many of us remember some of its lines,
but few of us understand their true meanings. In fact, Paul McCartney, the song writer, wrote
this song to remember his mother.
Paul McCartney had problems with math in his elementary school days. Every time he looked
worried, his mother, Mary, always came to him and said, “Let it be.” Mary wanted him not to
worry about his trouble or take it hard. She wanted him to face the music and feel more
comfortable about solving his problems.

Mandy: An annular solar eclipse happens when the Moon covers the Sun's center, leaving the Sun's visible outer
edges to form a “ring of fire” or annulus around the Moon.
Jerry: Its amazing. But how do they happen?
Mandy: Annular solar eclipses can only take place when:
1. It is New Moon.
2.At the same time, the Moon is at (or very near) a lunar node(交叉點), so the Earth, the Moon, and the
Sun are aligned in a straight (or nearly straight) line.
3.The Moon is near its farthest point from Earth, called apogee(遠地點), so the outer edge of the Sun
remains visible as a ring of sunlight.
Jerry: Wow, you know a lot. And when can we see an Annular Solar Eclipse? I cant wait to see it.
Mandy: Two weeks later. The annular eclipse will begin at 12:47 a.m. ET (東經時間) on June 21, but the time we
can see the annular solar eclipse in Kaohsiung is from 14:49 pm to 17:26 pm.
