四、閱讀測驗
Carl is losing his way! As a man, he never asks for directions.
A lot of men don’t. In fact, men drive an extra 444 kilometers a
year because they get lost and don’t ask for help.
A study looked into a group of men and women drivers. Over
25% of the men wait 30 minutes first and ask for directions, but
12% of the men never ask for any help. What’s more, 40% of the
men don’t follow others’ directions. All that lost time cost men
about NT$80,000 in their lives. On the women’s side, almost 75%
of them don’t have any problems asking for directions. And 37% of
them may pull over and ask for help right away.
On your next trip with a friend, go with a woman. You’re less
likely to get lost because she can help you find the way. You got it!
You don’t want to be like Carl, right?
