課程目標 | 金磚四國之一的俄羅斯，從九零年代的經濟轉型衰退蛻變為近年來熱門之新興市場後，其經濟發展備受各界關注。本課程希望透過討論俄國經濟的轉變與發展，訓練學生熟悉與應用相關經濟發展理論。為了培養學生掌握俄羅斯經濟現狀與發展前景；以及強化其對現代經濟社會議題自我分析的能力，本課程教材將著重於從俄國經濟時事取材，藉由經濟現勢的探討中衍生理論與理解經濟理論之應用，達成培育具備自主分析能力之經濟專才的目的。 | ||
課程大綱 | 1.課程介紹與研究範疇認定 2.後社會主義國家的經濟轉型：理論與實證個案 3.俄國激進經濟轉型 4.俄國經濟成長(確立後續討論專題) 5.經濟均衡發展：理論與歐洲例證 6.俄國經濟發展前景與挑戰 7.俄國經濟時事專題 8.期末考試(書面報告加口頭報告) | ||
上課進度 | 先從經濟發展理論與俄國經濟轉變的總體介紹著手，爾後由學生自行從俄國當前的經濟時事中確立各次自己有興趣之專題議題，以進行分析討論。 | ||
教學方式 | 指定閱讀、講授、角色扮演的辯論與Q&A討論、期中與期末實作報告(貴人對話)為主；影帶為輔 | ||
評分標準 | 期中(專題)報告：30 %期末報告：40 %平時成績(上課參與討論情形)：30% | ||
