一、甲駕駛自用小客車於某處巷口擬右轉時，適逢乙違規逆向騎乘自行車，
於機車道擬左轉往甲駛出之同一巷道騎駛，甲閃避不及，與乙所騎自行
車發生碰撞，乙因而手腳受有輕微擦傷。甲認乙所受傷害輕微應無急需
就醫之必要，且認事故並非自己過失所肇致，故未對乙施以必要醫療救
護或等待警方到場處理，即逕自駕車離開現場。嗣地方法院檢察署檢察
官以甲違反刑法第 185 條之 4規定將甲起訴，並經地方法院判決處有期
徒刑 1年。試附理由回答以下問題：

Credit card skimming is a type of credit card theft where thieves use a small
device to steal credit card information in an otherwise legitimate credit or debit
card transaction. When a credit or debit card is swiped through a skimmer, the
device captures and stores all the details stored in the card’s magnetic stripe.
The stripe contains the credit card number, expiration date, and the credit card
holder’s full name. Thieves use the stolen data to make fraudulent charges
either online or with a counterfeit credit card.
Please write an English essay in NO MORE THAN 350 words in which you
are required to discuss about this type of credit card theft and provide possible
measures to prevent these thefts from happening. Please illustrate your points
with concrete examples.
