109學年度第2學期六年級英文即席演講比賽辦法

一、目　　的：為提升學生在一定時間內完成演講稿同時能以英文口語表達的能力。

二、主辦單位：小學雙語部

三、參加資格：小學雙語部6年級各班3位選手

四、日　　期：110年3月15日(星期一)上午8：00-8:35

五、地　　點：B1小禮堂

六、競賽規定：（一）當天抽題。

（二）講稿內容自行編撰，詩篇及故事除外。

（三）每位參賽者上臺時應先表明號次。

（四）演講時間3分至4分鐘。

（五）比賽至3分時，將聞鈴聲一響（-），至第4分鐘結束時將聞鈴聲
二響（--），應即下臺。

七、注意事項：（一）參賽者請於比賽前一日至雙語部辦公室抽籤上臺號序。

（二）抽籤1號之參賽者7:30抽題。準備時間為7:30至8:00。

（三）抽籤2號之參賽者7:33抽題。準備時間為7:33至8:03。

（四）以下3號至6號各類推3分鐘抽題及準備。

（五）準備時可以攜帶字典及文具。

八、評分標準：（一）口語表達(聲、韻、語調)45%

（二）內容(思想、結構、詞彙)45%

（三）儀態(儀容、態度、表情)10%

（四）時間：超過4分鐘或不足3分鐘時，每半分鐘扣總平均分數1分，未足半分鐘者以半分鐘計。

九、評審老師：由校長聘請雙語部老師擔任。

十、獎　　勵：錄取特優3名，特優頒發獎狀暨獎章以玆鼓勵。

十一、本辦法經行政會議通過後實施。

Objective: This contest gives studentsexperience in thinking, organizing, formulating clear thoughts, and delivering those thoughts to an audience effectively.
Managed by Elementary Bilingual Division
Participants: 3 contestants from each of the Grade 6 class
Time: Monday, March 15, 2021
Place: B1
Content:

Impromptu Speechtopics are pre-arranged and sealed individually and the first contestant will draw the topic at 7:30on the contest day.
The contestant will write his/her own story and will have 30 minutes to prepare.
All contestants should declare their order number before they start.
The maximum time limit for each speech is 4 minutes. The minimum time limit is 3 minutes.
When the speech reaches 3 minutes, a short bell sound will be heard, and two short ones when it’s up to 4 minutes. Then the contestant should leave the stage.

All contestants will draw the order of performance before the contest day.
Number 1 contestant will be at B1 at7:30 to draw the topic and have 30 minutes to prepare. Be sure to attend on time. There is no extended time for the contestant who is late.
Number 2 contestant will be at B1 at7:33 to draw the topic and have 30 minutes to prepare.
The same procedure will be repeated for number 3 to number 6.
The stationery and the dictionary are allowed to use during the preparation.

Judges: Bilingual English teachers to be appointed by the principal.
Award: Top 3 students will each receive a Fuhsing certificate of award and a pin.
