注音符號郵票（第 3 輯）
為增加兒童學習注音符號之樂趣及欣賞臺灣寶島之美，繼 112 年發行
注音符號郵票第 1、2 輯後，本公司續發行第 3 輯「ㄙ、一、ㄨ、ㄩ、
ㄚ、ㄛ、ㄜ、ㄝ、ㄞ、ㄟ」結合行政區地圖及當地特色為設計，規劃郵
票 1 套 10 枚，面值均為 6 元，採聯刷方式印製，預定於 113 年 1 月 26
日發行，圖案簡介如下：
一、 ㄙ：三峽、金牛角麵包。
二、 一：宜蘭、金棗。
三、 ㄨ：文山、臺北市立動物園、貓空纜車。
四、 ㄩ：魚池、日月潭拉魯島。
五、 ㄚ：阿里山、櫻花。
六、 ㄛ：卓蘭、葡萄。
七、 ㄜ：峨眉、細茅埔吊橋。
八、 ㄝ：茄萣、茄萣濕地、黑面琵鷺。
九、 ㄞ：白沙、吉貝嶼。
十、 ㄟ：卑南、釋迦。
本套郵票圖案由歐普廣告設計股份有限公司設計，中華彩色印刷股份
有限公司以彩色平版印製。配合郵票發行，特印製首日封、貼票卡、護
票卡及活頁集郵卡各 1 批，於 113 年 1 月 24 日開始發售；另製作預銷
首日戳套票封於 1 月 26 日郵票發行當天出售，歡迎選購。其他詳情請

Chunghwa Post previously issued two sets of stamps on the Mandarin
Phonetic Symbols in 2023. It is now following up with another set of stamps
combining the symbols for “ㄙ, 一, ㄨ, ㄩ, ㄚ, ㄛ, ㄜ, ㄝ, ㄞ, ㄟ”
with specialities of local administrative areas to increase children’s interest
in learning and their appreciation of the beauty of Taiwan. The ten stamps,
each valued at NT$6, are in a se-tenant block and are to be issued on January
26, 2024. The designs are as follows:

(s): Sanxia (sān xiá), Golden Croissant

(i): Yilan (yí lán), Kumquat
ㄨ
(u): Wenshan (wén shān), Taipei Zoo, Maokong Gondola
ㄩ
(ü): Yuchi (yú chí), Sun Moon Lake Lalu Island
ㄚ
(a): Alishan (ā lǐ shān), Cherry Blossom
ㄛ
(o): Zhuolan (zhuó lán), Grape
ㄜ
(e): Emei (é méi), Ximaopu Suspension Bridge

This set of stamps was designed by UP Creative Design and Advertising
Corporation and printed by China Color Printing Co., Ltd. in color offset.
By-issues include a first-day cover, folders with and without crystal mounts,
and a loose-leaf album page to be sold on January 24, 2024. A pre-cancelled
FDC with a full set of stamps will go on sale on January 26, 2024, the stamps’
