注音符號郵票（第 4 輯）
為增加兒童學習注音符號之樂趣及欣賞寶島臺灣之美，繼 112、113 年
發行注音符號郵票第 1、2、3 輯後，本公司續規劃第 4 輯郵票 1 套 10
枚，以「ㄠ、ㄡ、ㄢ、ㄣ、ㄤ、ㄥ、ㄦ」結合行政區地圖與當地特色，
及「ㄐ一ˊ、ㄧㄡˊ、ㄏㄠˇ」搭配集郵、郵車、郵筒圖案為設計，面
值均為 6 元，採聯刷方式印製，預定於 113 年 3 月 27 日發行，圖案簡
介如下：
一、 ㄠ：鳥松、澄清湖九曲橋。
二、 ㄡ：後龍、西瓜。
三、 ㄢ：安樂、大武崙砲台。
四、 ㄣ：金城、風獅爺。
五、 ㄤ：壯圍、哈密瓜。
六、 ㄥ：恆春、洋蔥。
七、 ㄦ：二水、蒸汽火車頭。
八、 ㄐ一ˊ：集、集郵。
九、 ㄧㄡˊ：郵、郵車。
十、 ㄏㄠˇ：好、郵筒。
本套郵票圖案由歐普廣告設計股份有限公司設計，中華彩色印刷股份
有限公司以彩色平版印製。配合郵票發行，特印製首日封、貼票卡、護
票卡及活頁集郵卡各 1 批，於 113 年 3 月 25 日開始發售；另製作預銷
首日戳套票封於 3 月 27 日郵票發行當天出售，歡迎選購。其他詳情請

Mandarin Phonetic Symbols Postage Stamps (IV)
Chunghwa Post previously issued three sets of stamps on the Mandarin
Phonetic Symbols in 2023 and 2024. It is now following up with another set
of stamps combining the symbols for “ㄠ, ㄡ, ㄢ, ㄣ, ㄤ, ㄥ, ㄦ”
with specialities of local administrative areas and “ㄐ一ˊ, ㄧㄡˊ, ㄏㄠ
ˇ”
with philately, mail trucks and mailboxes to increase children’s interest
in learning and their appreciation of the beauty of Taiwan. The ten stamps,
each valued at NT$6, are in a se-tenant block and are to be issued on March
27, 2024. The designs are as follows:

(ou): Houlong (hòu lóng), Watermelon

(an): Anle (ān lè), Dawulun Fort

his set of stamps was designed by UP Creative Design and Advertising
Corporation and printed by China Color Printing Co., Ltd. in color offset.
By-issues include a first-day cover, folders with and without crystal mounts,
and a loose-leaf album page to be sold on March 25, 2024. A pre-cancelled
FDC with a full set of stamps will go on sale on March 27, 2024, the stamps’
