運量，故以整櫃運送較為節省運費。

1. 風險移轉 6%：FCA、CPT 及CIP 三條件的風險移轉相同，均為「賣方負擔貨物所有風險，直到交付指定運送人接管為止」。
2. 費用負擔：
(1) 3% FCA 下，賣方負擔「貨物交付指定運送人接管前的一切成本、費用，以及出口通關費用」。
(2) 3% CPT 下，賣方負擔費用= FCA 費用+貨物送達指定目的地運費。
(3) 3% CIP 下，賣方負擔費用= CPT 費用+貨物運輸保險費用。
