Do you like reading ghost stories or watching scary movies? Do you go to haunted（鬧鬼的）houses just to feel your

possible reason behind that. For years, Dr. Kerr has been studying the feeling of fear. To understand fear better, she has visited

Green tea has so many health benefits（好處）, and some people think of it as a form of medicine. Perhaps that is why Chinese have
been using it for more than 4, 000 years to treat all kinds of body problems. Today, scientists know that in green tea there are several

First of all, catechin is helpful for cutting down on cancer（癌）. It protects the body from cancer-causing substances and slows the
growth of cholesterol（膽固醇）levels and prevents serious health questions such as heart attacks and heart disease（疾病）.
Second, caffeine makes the heart beat faster and the body more active. It was one thought that caffeine was not truly healthy, but
studies say that there are some benefits to drinking caffeine. Among these studies, scientists have happily found that caffeine has
something to do with a lower chance of getting Parkinson’s（巴金森氏）disease and liver（肝）disease. Yet, caffeine also has some side
effects（作用）. It can make people too excited or angry easily, so doctors ask teenagers not to have more than one small cup of coffee a
day.
Next, vitamin C is important to humans, but the human body itself cannot make enough number. So we have to get it through food
and drink. The vitamin has a hand in building up protection from colds and the flu（流感）. Besides, it helps get well from those diseases
sooner.
Last, theanine is another good substance found in tea. Scientists have shown that it can lower stress, both mind and body, and make
thinking stronger. We can also use it for preventing Alzheimer’s（阿茲海默）disease.
As you can see, green tea has many great values（價值）. Drinking it may help you stay healthy. Of course, as with any healthy
