一、宗旨：實踐傳統佛教儀制，方便在家佛弟子體驗僧團生活，修身進德。
二、課程：行門與解門課程並重。
三、地點：高雄佛光山寺。
四、報名資格：

基本資格：具有正信正見，對僧團生活誠意學習，身心健全者。
五、報名：(1)日期：即日起至額滿為止。
(2)地點：高雄市大樹區佛光山寺及佛光山各別分院。
(3)證件：身份證影印本、自傳(三百字以上)及一吋相片二張。
(4)手續：報名表及各項證件備妥寄至本會。
審核通過者，寄發面試通知單。
面試錄取者，寄發報到通知單。
(5)費用：食宿費一千元(由戒會提供)。
教育費五百元（報到時繳交）。
(6)衣單：由戒會提供。

2025 Fo Guang Shan Short-term Monastic Retreat |
Objective: To enable lay people to experience the Buddhist tradition of monastic life conducive to the purification of physical actions, speech, and mind.
Date:
107th Session - Jul 06 to Jul 12, 2025 (for single, unmarried adults 18-35 years of age)
108th Session - Jul 27 to Aug 02, 2025 (for single, unmarried adults 18-65 years of age)
Venue: Fo Guang Shan Monastery in Kaohsiung, Taiwan (R.O.C.)
Content: Classes on Buddhist doctrine, spiritual practice, and traditional monastic life.
Eligibility:
(1)Healthy adults who have faith in Buddhism and a genuine wish to experience monastic life.
(2) For overseas applicants: ability to attend interview at the nearest Fo Guang Shan
branch temple.
Fees:
(1) Accommodation – NT$1,000 (sponsored by the organizer)
(2) Tuition – NT$500 (due at time of registration)

Make sure you have all required documents: a photocopy of your passport, an autobiography (at least 300 words), and 2 passport-sized photos.

Interview: You will be notified of the date, time, and location of the interview.
For online applicants, please prepare all required documents prior to the interview.
